En-suite double room available in a 14th floor two-bed flat in Salford (M3).

It’s in a great spot, about 10 minutes from Zara, M&S, Victoria Station, and Lidl.

The flat is spacious, clean, and gets loads of natural light, especially in the living room. There’s also a balcony

The room is quite big with more than enough space for a desk. It also comes with a double door closet and a set of drawers.

You can find current photos of the flat, and I also have a video of when we first toured it so let me know if you want to see it. I'll also be more than happy to send more pics.

The living room is a bit bare atm but I’d love to make it more homely.

The building also has a concierge, cinema room, launderette, and a gym.

Rent: £725 (might increase a bit)
Council Tax: Band D (£113.75 each)
WiFi: £15 each
Water: £23.15 each (monthly)
Electricity: £60–£90 each depending on the month (I try keeping it lower but heating will go on if it’s cold ofc!)

About me:
I’m Rocio, 23, working in PR. I’m usually in the office three days a week (Tue–Thu).

I’m pretty chill and clean, and ideally looking for someone I can also be friends with, hang out in the living room, but also do our own thing.

I love nights in with dinner and a movie, but also enjoy going out for cocktails sometimes 🍸

Big sports fan (hockey + F1), and also into reading, Pilates, and matcha 💚
