Hi everyone, I’m the main tenant in a modern 2‑bedroom flat right next to Salford Shopping Centre, and I’m looking for a friendly young professional to share the place with. I’ve been living here for six months and it’s honestly a brilliant location, so I’d love to find someone who’ll enjoy the space as much as I do. You can choose between a furnished or unfurnished room depending on what suits you best.

The furnished room comes with a super king‑size bed, a modern headboard, a lit mirror, carpeted flooring, and loads of natural light. The unfurnished room is a blank canvas if you prefer bringing your own furniture, and both rooms match the clean, modern feel of the flat.

The living room is spacious and bright, with a brand‑new sofa set that makes it a great place to relax after work. The bathroom has a full‑size tub, and there’s also a small extra room that works perfectly for storage. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to keep tidy.

You’d be sharing with me only. All bills and fast WiFi are included, and there’s a private car park. The building has a staffed reception on the ground floor and security cameras throughout the communal areas, so it feels safe, secure, and well‑managed.

The location is ideal for young professionals, with cafés, supermarkets, gyms, and transport links all within a short walk 1-5 min walk. It’s an easy commute to Manchester city centre, MediaCity, Salford Quays, and nearby offices, so everything you need is close by.

I’m a professional Civil Engineer, easy‑going, respectful, and sociable.
