Seeking New Flatmate to Take Over Tenancy

My current flatmate is leaving at the end of the current tenancy.

I am looking to continue the tenancy with a new flatmate.

The flat is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the doorstep of the centre of Manchester, which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

The room is a double and comes with its own en-suite bathroom.

The apartment also comes with a balcony facing out towards Salford.

Living room and kitchen is a shared space.

I am a working professional working from home but will go into the office on some days, and I also like to ensure that the shared spaces are kept clean and tidy.

I am looking for a flatmate who is similar to me and is quite relaxed and accomodating
