Looking for a flatmate

My current flat mate will be moving out end of july so i’m looking for someone to take over her tenancy. The apartment complex is in a nice neighbourhood, has its own cafe, work space and convenience store. It also has parking but cost extra. Its a two bedroom flat with a balcony, both rooms have ensuite bathrooms. We’re about 7 minute walk away from spinningfield, 5 minute walk from a retail park that has a big sainsbury, gym, boots and vets. I have two cats both are litter trained and well behaved. Im very chilled, looking for someone who is respectful and easy going as i do like some form of socialising with the people i live with 😊
