Looking for a female flatmate to take the bigger double room in a furnished apartment, available around July ✨

About me: I’m quite chill and tidy, work from home often, and enjoy a peaceful/cozy home environment. I’m Christian, I love painting, plants, 90s–2000s movies & sitcoms, reading, I also love cooking & on some weekends my boyfriend comes over, so ideally looking for someone respectful with a similar relaxed vibe.

I’m also looking to slowly redecorate and make the apartment feel even more cozy/homey over time, so it would be nice to do some of that together!☺️

About the apartment/building:
• Furnished apartment (the mirror & white drawers in the pics are not included)
• Large double bedroom
• Shared communal spaces
• Gym
• Shared work-from-home areas
• Cinema room
• Parking available through the building (monthly fee applies — unsure on current price/waiting list, would need to check with management)

Monthly costs (split between 2):
• Approx. £696.60 each including rent, council tax, water & electricity
• WiFi not included in this total

IMPORTANT:
• Reference checks & right to rent checks required
• Ideally looking to find someone within the next 2 weeks so checks can be completed in time for a July move-in
• No traditional cash deposit
• Instead, there is a Reposit fee at signup (non-refundable), equivalent to one week’s rent split between tenants (minimum £150)
