Hey!
I’m looking for someone to take over a double en-suite room in my flat right in the city centre, as my current flatmate is moving out.
The room is a good-sized furnished double, with a double bed, double wardrobe, two bedside tables, and floor-to-ceiling windows so it gets loads of natural light. You also get your own en-suite, which is always a bonus.
Rent is £750 per month and includes WiFi. Bills are separate.
The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, and a balcony which is nice for summer evenings or just chilling after work. It’s a pretty relaxed setup. I’m the only other person in the flat (young professional), and I’d say the vibe is chill and cosy. I do have friends over now and then, but it’s not a party flat.
The building itself has some really good amenities including a gym, co-working spaces, parking, and private event rooms. There are also regular free resident events like games nights and gym classes, plus occasional local business pop-ups like bakeries which is a nice bonus.
Location is a big plus right on the edge of the city centre, close to Exchange Square and Market Street tram stops, and about a 10-minute walk to Victoria Station.
Council tax band = D
I’m looking for a working professional, and ideally someone who’s easy-going and respectful of shared space. No couples please.
