2 weeks: £375/week
3–4 weeks: £350/week

Couples welcome — £50/week supplement applies.

OPTION 2 — Second bedroom (private)
You'll have sole use of the second bedroom. The third room will not be tenanted, so you'll have plenty of space and privacy.

1 week: £350/week
2 weeks: £325/week
3–4 weeks: £300/week

OPTION 3 — Whole house (priority option)
Take the entire property for complete privacy. Ideal for families, groups, or anyone who wants the run of the place.

£675/week
Full 4 weeks: £2,700 (all bills included)

All options are significantly cheaper than local hotels and Airbnbs - with the added benefit of a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a proper home setup.

A refundable deposit of £500 is required upon booking, returned within 7 days of vacating provided the property is left in good condition.

Minimum stay: 1 week. Available from 8 June, vacate by 8 July.
