Looking for a friendly female to join me in a lovely flat on a joint tenancy from 22nd July.

A little about me - I’m friendly, outgoing, sociable, clean, and easy to live with. I’d love to find someone with similar vibes who’s respectful, easygoing, and happy to make the place feel like home.

🛏️ You’ll have your own bedroom and your own main bathroom. It’s not an ensuite, but the bathroom would be for your use only, as I have my own ensuite.

💷 Rent: £700 each (£1400 total)
💰 Deposit: Approximately £808 (five weeks’ rent)
📌 Plus first month’s rent upfront
📄 Change of tenancy fee: £50

⚡ Bills are not included - council tax, electricity, water and Wi-Fi are additional. They usually come to around £200–£250 per month depending on usage.

🐶 Dogs may be considered, but only small dogs and this would need to be discussed/approved first. No other pets please.

Ideally looking for someone working full time with similar vibes - no students please.
