Room to rent as flat mate is moving out in 2 months, would be your own lease, bills not included but total an extra £200 -£250 includes WiFi, water, council and electricity.

Your room has a tv and an en-suite, 24-7 concierge, and there is a gym in the building.

Parking is in the building but not included in price as it’s separate with the building.

It’s a friendly flat, respectful of space and shared spaces are kept tidy, I’m often out and about as I work a lot in the city, but also happy to have a movie night, split a bottle and just generally have friendly chats! 😊😊
