Single Room - All Bills Included - Transport Links

Hello!

I moved in last August and I'm now looking for a housemate to rent out the second room. It has great transport links and 20 minute to media city.

About the flat:

It's a two-bed flat with a spacious, open-plan living room / kitchen.

The room you will be renting is "bedroom 2" in the floorplan. It's somewhat small (we'll say cosy) but will fit everything you need i. e. small double bed, wardrobe, desk. I do not have a bed yet for the room - if you have one already, that's class, otherwise I am happy to get one for you and it be furnished for when you move in.

This room is currently used as my office, hence the lack of bedroom-feel in the image.

About Me:

I'm 27, single and self-employed. I work in digital marketing and go to a coworking space in Deansgate (like 20 mins on the bus).

I do not smoke/vape and have a healthy lifestyle. I love hiking, cooking, bouldering, going to gigs, and so on. I play fingerstyle acoustic guitar and also volunteer every other wednesday.

My mon-fri is a normal 9-5, but I'm often back before 5pm. My evenings and weekends are varied! I might go bouldering or for a hike, I might play guitar, I might cook a meal, I might watch a film. If these are things you also do and want to join in, you're more than welcome to!

About You:

I'm looking for someone sound and somewhat socialable (not extrovert levels, but also to feel able to get to know). Happy for partners to be round.

If you play an instruments that's cool with me.

I would prefer non-smokers, but feel free to vape.

Other bits:

- I plan on getting a dog in the near future, so if you don't like dogs, I will not be the right housemate.

- I will be honest, I'm not the greatest home decorator, so if you think something would look better somewhere else, I am all ears. This isn't just my space, it's also yours and I want whoever moves in to feel like it is.

- The wifi is hyperoptic (430 download, 330 upload were the last speeds on wifi, which is very fast).

- Transport links: Literally right next to the Eccles tram line (every 15 minutes) and 33 bus (every 30 minutes) into the city centre. You're also a 20 minute walk to media city if you don't want to take the tram.

- Parking: There is parking within the flat complex but it's only for residents - you'll be fine but friends/family will get a fine. There is parking outside the flat complex and that's like a minute walk.
