Room to let in MiddleWood Locks, Salford ✨

I am officially moving out from my En-Suite Bedroom at the end of July, and I am looking for a new flatmate to replace me (possibility to move earlier!). The room is spacious, with two wardrobes included, shared living room and located in the ground floor with a private terrasse for the flat. The apartment is modern and ideally located in Middlewood Locks (Get Living), by a beautiful canal and at walking distance from the city center. There is a coworking area, a coffee, club room and coop in the neighborhood.

My flatmate, Stephanie, is a lovely working professional, very friendly and clean. For that reason, we’re looking for another working professional woman :)

Council tax is £96 per person/monthly, £192 total. £775 Rent (Bills Not Included, except WiFi). Deposit required.
