I'm looking for a new housemate to share my spacious 2-bedroom flat in Salford- just next to regent road retail park :)

The flat has a large open-plan living room and kitchen area, with plenty of space to relax. It's kept clean and tidy, with a regular weekly clean to maintain a comfortable living environment.

**The Room**

* Furnished double bedroom
* Bed included
* Wardrobe
* Chest of drawers

**Bathroom**
You'll have sole use of the main bathroom, as I have an en-suite. This arrangement works really well and gives us both our own space.

* Washing machine
* Coffee machine
* Air fryer
* Microwave
* Dishwasher (available, although rarely used)

I'm looking for someone who is respectful, clean and easy-going! Ideally someone who is happy to help out and contribute to keeping the flat a pleasant place to live! I’m all for good energy and positive vibes :)
