Homely double room available in new build flat.

My flatmate is moving out in late August, so I’m looking for someone to move in from then.

The flat is a lovely, modern new-build apartment with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. The available room is cosy and comes with a separate bathroom that will be solely yours, with a bath!

I’m looking for someone who wants to make the flat feel like home and who is respectful of each other’s space - especially as I work shifts as a nurse. That said, it would be great to live with someone who is also friendly and sociable, whether that’s grabbing a coffee together, having a chat after work, or watching some rubbish TV in the evening, you can even use my coffee machine:)

The apartment is opposite Regent retail park which has a large JD gym, Sainsbury's and a few others shops, also a close walk to a bus stop and tram station. Council tax B.
