Double Room with Ensuite in Chapel Wharf

My current lovely flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take over their room!

The room available is the larger of the two bedrooms and comes with:

- Your own en-suite bathroom with a bath
- Large built-in wardrobes
- Unfurnished room

I will add pics of the room as soon as I have them, but have attached some of mine for now (they are pretty identical layout wise, yours is just bigger)

We have a large open plan shared living room/kitchen, with a really big balcony. The apartment is on the third floor and has lift access.

Rent is currently £660 per month, with bills usually coming to around £150 each. WiFi is included in the rent.

I think the deposit will be one month’s rent, but will double check this with our letting agent. The room will be available from the end of August.

The flat itself is in the Chapel Wharf development, which I genuinely love living in. It's super central (around a 10 minute walk to the Arndale and 15 minutes to the Northern Quarter), but surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to town. The building staff are lovely and the building puts on cute community events like bake sales and movie nights.

You're also allowed to paint and decorate your room here as long as it's returned to its original condition when you leave.

There's also a free residents' gym, and bookable meeting rooms/workspaces. There is a 24/7 concierge and our parcels go into lockers, so it’s all very secure.

You'll also be living with Winona, my very sweet cat. She's super friendly, loves people, and has never caused any trouble. She unfortunately doesn't like other animals, so no other pets, sorry. :(

A bit about me:

I'm 30 and work full-time in social media. Outside of work I love going for food/drinks, playing games, going round the charity shops and I love nights in with trash reality TV/binge watching Trixie and Katya videos. Not really a huge partier anymore, but love a pub night out from time to time. :)

I'm neurodivergent (ADHD and autistic), so I'd love to live with someone who is understanding of that, or is neurodivergent themselves. I'm also bisexual, so being LGBTQ+ friendly is a must !! I'd really love to find someone who will be a friend as well as a flatmate.

This is not really a party flat, I really value having a peaceful, calm home and I'm super clean and tidy. I'm very social and love chatting for hours, but I also appreciate having my own space and downtime, and I'd love to live with someone who feels similarly. :)
