Looking For A New Flatmate

Looking for someone to take over the large en-suite room in my flat at Wilburn Basin. It is an 18th floor flat overlooking the City.

The apartment complex has a 24hr concierge and an on site gym.

Currently there is no on-site parking available.

Room comes fully furnished, and the kitchen is already kitted out.

A bit about myself- I'm 29, have lived in the flat just over 3 years i'm fairly quiet and spend most of my time at home either listening to podcasts or reading. I work fairly long shifts 4 days a week so i am out of the place quite a lot.

My flatmate is gone by July 22nd so it might be available to move in slightly beforehand, so I can try to help out where i can. He has already given notice so trying to sort a replacement as soon as i can.
