Beautiful south-facing furnished double room JULY

Spacious double room comes fully furnished with triple glazing and plenty of light. We have a modern kitchen and living space with a garden to share (so pets can be considered).

Open to all genders and ages, students and professionals. Longer stay is preferred but shorter bookings are considered.

- £700 per month for individual staying 1 month+
- £200 per week for individual staying less than 1 month

All utilities, council tax and super fast broadband are included in these prices. Great public transport connections into the city centre, Old Trafford and Salford University.

There is no private parking but there are always options available.
