I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to take over a double room in a 2-bedroom apartment in the Blackfriars area in Salford, right next to Manchester city centre.

The current flatmate is leaving on 11th July, so the earliest move-in date would be 12th July.

The Room:

- Double bed
- Wardrobe
- Bedside table
- Use of the main bathroom, with shower over bath

Rent & Tenancy:

- £575 per month rent
- £661.50 security deposit
- Bills are not included (Council Tax, Electric, Water, Internet, TV Licence)
- Council tax: Band D
- The tenancy is managed through an agency, so referencing/checks are required

The Flat:

- 2-bedroom apartment on the third floor
- Large shared kitchen/living space
- Kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washer-dryer
- TV and soundbar
- Dining table
- 1 Gbps Hyperoptic internet

Location

- 1 min walk to Salford Central rail station and buses towards town and to Manchester Royal Infirmary.
- Around 10 min walk to Spinningfields, Deansgate and the Arndale
- 20 min walk to Peel Park
- Close to cafes, shops, bars and restaurants in the city
- Convenient for commuting or working in town

I’m a working professional, typically working 9-5. I work in an office a couple of days a week and spend other days working from home or remotely.

I am friendly and happy to have a chat, but also respectful of people’s own space and downtime.
