​It is a lovely, secured area with building amenities including gym, resident's lounge, terrace, co-working spaces, concierge for packages (so you never have to wait for royal mail by your door!) and regular resident events.

Looking for a flatmate to move in from 1st September, however the tenancy would need to be signed by the 12th July.

Flat is located at the 14th floor with gorgeous balcony view of the city.

​Flatmate would be myself. I work as a virtual assistant and work from home, but most work from the coworking space in The Filaments building. I'm looking for someone tidy and generally respectful and considerate around the house. I've got no dietary restrictions (for anyone conscious), pretty chill and easy to live with. It would be nice to live with someone who doesn't mind the odd catch-up over a brew!
