Double room 10 minutes away from City centre

Hey everyone; I’m Lilly, and me and my friend Amalee are looking for a 3rd roommate for our house on fire station square, M54NZ.

About the house:

The house is situated in the lovely little community of Fire station Square, which is directly across the road from Salford University and Salford Cresent Station, and approximately a 9 minute cycle to st peter’s square. The square has its own brewery and cafe, and an outdoor communal pizza oven and garden. The house itself consists of 3 Beds and 1 Bath (another bathroom is being put in at some point in the not too distant future), with all rooms being double rooms. The room available will come furnished with a double bed, Desk, shelves, side table and closet. Downstairs features a living room, dining room (soon to be with a pool table) and modern kitchen. There is also a patio outside where we’re planning to have some bbqs. There is parking available for and extra fee as well :))

About myself and Amalee:

Both Amalee (21) and I (21) are Young professionals who have just graduated from Lancaster University. I will be working in finance in the centre, and Amalee is working in rugby development at UoM. We love hanging out, and are defo looking for a friend rather than just a roomie. We usually can be found watching tv together or playing a board game, and if the weather is good, grabbing a pint/ going to the clubs. We both play (and love) rugby, Amalee plays Hockey and I’m hoping to get into Padel.

Our requirements:
