Looking for two people (friends, colleagues, or a couple) to rent our entire two-bedroom flat for two months (start of September to start of November) while we are away travelling!

Ground Floor: Two double bedrooms with ample built-in storage and lovely views onto Peel Park, a main bathroom, and additional storage under the stairs.

First Floor: A large, bright, double height open-plan kitchen and living room, with exposed historic trust beam.
Mezzanine Level: A cosy reading nook on the top floor that opens directly onto a large shared roof garden with views of St Philip’s Church.

Location: Prime location on Chapel Street, with quick access to central Manchester/Salford, great transport links (buses take 10 minutes to NQ and come every 2 minutes), and local cafés.
