Flatmates wanted, 1 dbl room, 1 large dbl ensuite

Hi! I'll try and keep this short and sweet.

1 double bedroom and 1 large double ensuite available from 28th August.

Unfortunately, my flatmates are moving on. One is moving to London and the other to save up for their first home.

I've been living in this property for 4 years now and have been fortunate enough to live with friends and mutuals from the start. I'm 31 and as you know, everyone around me is either buying or living with their significant other. My partner and I don't have plans to live together yet, as I'm travelling South America next year. Ideally, I'd like to live with like minded people, respectful, and ones who could call this their home. Non remote workers, ideally. Hybrid work - acceptable.

I've been building up the flat with my furniture over the years, but there's lots of room for more!
It's a fully furnished property, so if you have bits of your own, you'd be able to swap the excess furniture that came with the flat.

Honestly, it's such a cushty set up and I love living here. We're lucky enough to be in on the third floor and a corner apartment, with the living space and bedrooms facing the river. It's private and feels suburban considering how close we are to the city.

The flat has never felt crowded, not only because it's absolutely massive, but also due to my work schedule. I'm a chef and work Wednesday - Saturday. I'd probably use the kitchen once every few weeks too.

Cornbrook tram stop is 10 min walk across the river. Factory International and Deansgate are roughly 20 - 25 min walk by the canal.

Only message if you're serious please. I don't want to waste anyone's time.

I also some mutual friends interested, but it may not work out logistically. I don't want to keep em waiting, so would rather have something sorted within the next week or so.
