Double Room (En Suite)

Hi!
I’m moving out in early August, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room until 11 September, when the current lease ends.

After that, you’ll have the option to sign a new 12-month tenancy with the current flatmate (subject to landlord approval). Please note the monthly rent for the new lease is expected to increase by around £50.

Apartment:
- Rent includes WiFi
- Great location (near Regent Retail Park) and city centre
- 7 minutes walk to bus stop
- Washing machine + dryer

Room:
- King bed + 2 beside tables
- Built-in wardrobe
- Full length mirror
- Ensuite (shower)

Flatmate:
Master's student, clean, tidy and friendly :)
