En-suite bedroom in Ordsall, Salford

I’ve got a spacious ensuite room available in a lovely 2-bed flat at Dock 5 from the end of August/ beginning of September.

The flats modern and bright and has a great open plan kitchen/living area, with a big ensuite bedroom. Dock 5 also has a residents’ gym, co-working space, communal areas and is in a great location, just a short walk from Manchester city centre and Salford.

You’ll be living with Katie, who works full-time in marketing (9-5) with one day working from home. She loves running, the gym, festivals, coffee, hiking and the occasional night out, so she’s looking for someone with similar vibes who’s friendly, clean and easy to live with.

The room is available due to me moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over my place on the joint tenancy. You’ll need to complete referencing through the letting agents before moving in.
