Situated in the Castlefield/Ordsall area, it's a 5 minute walk from Cornbrook Tram Stop and a 15 minute walk to Deansgate, perfect for getting anywhere in the city.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, the comfiest mattress, a bedside table, kallax and big double wardrobe, and the flat benefits from a gorgeous open plan kitchen living room with double doors that open onto the patio/garden overlooking the river, a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower and a storage cupboard that contains a new washer dryer. The flat also comes with a parking space that you can use, or we can rent out to put towards bills. Bills currently are around £200 a month each. All personal affects would be removed from the room before you move in so it will be all yours, and the landlady is going to give it a new lick of paint too!

I'm looking someone to move in with me and my cat Eddie, someone friendly and looking for a home and not just a house. I'm a medical secretary and work long hours in office, so would love someone to have nice evenings with, who likes have a yap about our days, maybe have a drink occasionally (or a smoke) and maybe watch a film or silly TV show every once in a while.
