Double Room Available in 2-Bed Flat, Salford

Hi there! I’m currently looking for a replacement flatmate for my 2-bed flat in Salford, as my current flatmate is moving out in October. The flat is on the 5th floor, with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. I’ve put together some of my own photos and from the original posting. The building has some really great amenities, with a co-working space, bike storage, gym, bookable cinema room and roof terrace all included in the rent.

The location is fab as it’s right on the edge of central Manchester, so a little quieter, while still being really close to the centre (it’s about a 10 min walk to Manchester Victoria station and 20 minutes to Piccadilly Gardens).

The rent is £725 each a month + bills (Water, Electric, Council Tax and Wi-Fi), which come to about £192 each a month. The council tax is Band D and there is a security deposit of £800. Please note the agency also requires £50 as a processing fee for your references. If you decide to use a guarantor this then becomes £100.

I am also open to students, however this would only be if willing to split the council tax, as it would be too much for me to pay on my own :/
