Room + bathroom to rent in corner unit 2 bed apt

2 bed 2 bath in Middlewood Locks. Corner flat so a bit more spacious than usual.
The bedroom available includes exclusive use of the main bathroom.

A cat called Pudding lives here too. She is used to going into the room, and she won’t understand when the current tenant moves out that she might not be allowed in there any more. If a cat being in your room would be an issue, I don’t think this would work out.

Looking for someone LGBT+ and 420 friendly. (no smoking is done inside)

I work from home 3 days a week. My lifestyle is fairly social, but I like to keep home quiet and serene. I’ll have people over on occasion but prefer to go out to be social. I’m part of some local social groups and work in the city centre.
