Hey guys! I’ve found a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Salford and I’m looking for someone to take the second room and join me in the tenancy.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and easy going. The apartment is spacious, modern and well connected, with good transport links into Manchester city centre. It’s around 23 minutes by bus into the city centre.

Move in date: 3 September

Estimated monthly costs per person:

* Rent: £787.50
* Estimated bills: around £289, including council tax, electricity, water and internet
* Estimated total: around £1,076.50 per month

I’ve spoken to someone who already lives in the building to get a realistic estimate of the monthly bills, so these figures should be a good guide.

A little about me:
I work full time and enjoy going to the gym. When I’m not working or at the gym, I’m usually relaxing at home and watching a show, so hopefully we can find something to binge watch together 🫶

I’m friendly and sociable but also respectful of people’s personal space and downtime. I’m still fairly new to Manchester, so I’d be happy to grab food, explore the city or hang out every now and then, but no pressure 🫶

I’m ideally looking for someone who is serious about moving, comfortable with the costs and able to complete referencing promptly so we can proceed with the tenancy.
