Double bedroom available in a quiet, clean and well-connected home, right on the edge of Salford and Spinningfields.

The location is ideal if you work or study around Manchester city centre — Deansgate is just a 10–15 minute walk away, with plenty of buses and other public transport options available right outside the flat.

- We have an en-suite in our bedroom, so we rarely use the main bathroom. In practice, you’ll have very little competition for the bathroom and it will often feel almost private
- Quiet household with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and keeping shared spaces tidy
- Reasonable use of the living room and kitchen is absolutely welcome — we want you to feel comfortable in the home, not like you're renting a room in a hotel

About us & the cat 🐱

We’re a quiet couple and are looking for someone who is similarly considerate, clean and respectful of shared spaces.

We also have a friendly female cat. She’s quiet, well-behaved and generally keeps to herself. She won’t be allowed into your room if you’d prefer to keep it cat-free. Because of this, we're unfortunately not the right home for anyone with a significant cat allergy or anyone who is uncomfortable living with a cat.

The household

Cleanliness is important to us, so we're looking for someone who takes a similar approach to keeping the kitchen, bathroom and other shared areas clean. We also prefer a relaxed and respectful atmosphere, so excessive noise isn't really our thing.

We're happy for you to have friends over occasionally, but regular or frequent overnight guests/partners wouldn't be suitable for the household. If having your partner stay over regularly is important to you, this probably won't be the right arrangement.

Overall, we're looking for someone who wants a quiet, clean and comfortable place to live, while still having the freedom to use the shared areas and feel at home.
