Room is available from last week of October/1st Nov. I'm moving to Birmingham so need someone to take over my room! You'll be living with Kaitlyn (23), Rosie (25) and Sadie (28). We are a friendly and sociable group of girls who enjoy chilling together and have occasional nights out/in.

The house is walking distance to exchange square tram stop. It also has easy access to transport routes all across Manchester. XF gym and lidl are both a 10 minute walk away.

The room is on the ground floor, and you'll be sharing a bathroom with Kaitlyn. We have a communal lounge and kitchen. We watch films together some nights. There’s also a garden with a patio.
There are 2 parking spaces but both are currently being used by the tenants. Bills come to around £130 a month each incl wifi and council tax (band D).
I have extra furniture than is pictured here (2 chest of drawers and a small cabinet) which I’m happy to leave if you want the extra storage! Could negotiate a price on top, but also happy to remove.
