This is a 2 bedroom both en-suite apartment with a shared living room & kitchen. Based in the lower broughton area of Salford.

A 7-10 minute drive to the city centre or a 30 minute walk. Located in a beautiful area with a park right across the road.

The rent for this room is £585. Bills excluded. Adding on bills will be around £750 per month. (Not exact)

My former flatmate into mate is called Natalie, she is a working professional & she is very chill and spends most of her time chilling in her room or cooking in the kitchen 🤍

This property comes with parking at an extra charge of £50 per month and has a communal garden free to use.
