Comfy ensuite double room available in M5 – bills NOT included :)

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share this lovely 2-bed flat in M5, right behind Castlefield, just around the corner from the McDonald’s on Regent Road and right by the canal.

The room is available from 21st November, although there may be a little flexibility if you need to move in slightly earlier — just ask!

The flat is spacious and furnished, with a shared kitchen and living room and a small utility/storage room. It is kept in great condition and is up-to-date with all maintenance.

The available bedroom is a very comfortable double room with its own ensuite bathroom, giving you your own private space.

The flat is on the 5th floor with lift access ofc.

The location is really convenient — we’re just 5 minutes from Regent Retail Park, right by the canal and very close to Castlefield and the city centre. There is also good public transport nearby, as well as local shops.

Bills are NOT included. They currently work out roughly as follows:

- Electricity: ~£180/month
- Water: ~£70/month
- Council tax: £168/month
- Fibre internet: £10/month

These are all split between the two of us, so your share is approximately £214/month in total. Electricity and water can vary depending on usage.

As for me, I’m very friendly, enjoy a good chat and a laugh, but I’m also respectful of personal space. I’m looking for someone who is chilled, tidy, clean and sociable, and who wants a nice, relaxed home rather than just a place to sleep.

The flat has always been an open and welcoming household, as well as LGBTQ+ friendly :)
