All our Edwardian rooms are private and spacious, bright and comfortable with original period features. Situated on the Bury New Road M7 2BT, we are just five minutes drive from the city centre by car or 12 minutes bus or a short 25/30 minute walk.
If you need the motorway for your commuting, we are 10 minutes from the M60 offering the ideal location for people of any profession.
For those who drive, Belmont Gardens has its own car park

Our housekeeper assures that our shared facilities are maintained in immaculate condition 24/7. We have a large communal living space where you will find free facilities such as a pool table, and a large flat- screen TV including all sport and movie channels. Essential commodities such as 250MB Wi-Fi, council tax, hot water, heating and electricity will all be catered for and are all included in your set rent. We also have a washing and drying service in house as well as a large, fully equipped, clean and modern kitchen.
