I have 2 lovely and large en suite rooms available in a brand this house and the post code is M7. A third large room is also available with dedicate bath and toilet just immediately next to the room door so technically en-suite as well.

It’s on the edge of the city centre but technically in Salford, and therefore quite close to the Manchester city centre. It’s in a brand new gated estate so it’s safe as well. Parking is also available if required.

I am a working professional, and the house is modern and quiet. As landlord isnt there, I expect occupants to be responsible for the occasional house keeping activities that may arise.
