Chimney pot park is a new urban splash development in Salford close to the BBC media city. The house has been fitted with all modern facilities including contemporary layout, dish washer, outside terrace and modern designer furniture throughout. The bedroom is a small double room with a ¾ new bed. The bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with internet and TV sockets. Local shops and a restaurant are less than 50 meters away. Local transport is very good. Salford Crescent trains station is 5 mins walking distance with trains running every 5 minutes in peak times to Manchester taking just 3 to 6 minutes to. Local buses run every 8 minutes to town. The Tram station is 5 minutes walk away but takes 20 minutes to the city. Media City and Salford Quays are 10 minutes walk away with a greater selection of bars, shops, restaurants and gym. Parking spaces are always available. I am a 36 year old acupuncturist. I go to the gym most evening. I am quite but have a good sense of humour, and a likable personality.
