Small Double Room - Salford Quays - £275 PCM

We are two female professionals, looking for a third housemate. We live in a modern three-bed house in Salford Quays. The house has an open plan kitchen/living room, two large bathrooms, one downstairs toilet and a roof terrace.

The room on offer is small double, however fully furnished with a double bed and matching wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The property has good transport links into the centre of Manchester, with just a five minute walk to Salford Quays Metro stop. There is also a Morrisons supermarket literally just round the corner, as well as other local amenities. We are a 15 minute walk from The Lowry and MediaCity.

We both work during the week and like to relax and have fun over the weekend. We're looking for someone who is cheerful and easygoing. We would like to find somebody that is looking for a home, instead of just passing through. We want somebody that cleans up after themselves in communal areas and will pitch in so that we can keep a tidy home.

The rent is 275pcm with a £100 deposit and all bills will be split three ways, which the two of us are happy managing.
