Single room £80 per week available 26 September, inc all bills. Other tenants all professional males. Employed tenants only please.

Shared living room with TV, dining kitchen with duel fuel mini range cooker, large fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and loads of cupboards; laundry room with washing machine, separate dryer, freezer; two bathrooms and side yard. Bedrooms have bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side cabinet, TV point and lots of sockets. The double room has a desk.

Walking distance from Salford Royal Hospital, short bus ride to Salford University (no students, sorry), close to main bus routes and Weaste tram stop. Good location for work in Salford, Salford Quays and Trafford Park, not really viable for central Manchester.

Deposit (£150 to secure room, plus £200 to make a total deposit of £350) and references required (£30 to take up references). Rent paid in advance.

Six month initial tenancy (sorry, nothing shorter).
