Nice Double Bedroom With Transport Close

I am the landlady living with my 29 year old son and we both work and I keep the home clean and tidy. Most people who stay do not want to leave as they feel at home and safe and friendly and even enjoy a good meal I cook during the weekends. The tram and bus stops are only 3 minutes away on foot and cover areas such as the universities in the Manchester area. The Salford shopping centre is about 20 minutes walk and close to other amenities. We are friendly and make people at ease and also allow them their privacy. There is on street car parking as we are a corner home. Everyone who left were either because they were students who finished their studies who found jobs and had to move town. The price includes all bills. Sorry DSS accepted. Regarding pets, it is up to the discretion on the day of viewing as we already have one beautiful cat which is house trained and quiet due to its breed.
