Here we have a furnished duplex apartment on your own first floor with separate services including storage and toilet with sink . The apartment is brilliantly designed and has a homely feel. The main bathroom is on the lower floor which is shared with me, my separate bedroom is also on the lower floor which then leads on to an open plan living space with kitchen diner and balcony overlooking fields. It's also really quiet and gets warm fast from the electric heaters.

The apartment Is located next to Media City & Salford Quays. (M5 3LE) 5 Min walk to the Quays & Media City and 5 Min drive to City Center...Connected to the same complex you can find a Large Morrisons Supermarket as well as Health Centre and Dentists. There is a secure carparking space, 1 for the apartment but we could come to some agreement who has that as parking is reasonably flexible around here. PLEASE NOTE: If the pass is lost when you have it will cost an extra £50 to replace.

ME: I'm a fairly well traveled guy who grew up originally in Liverpool and Spain, Love Music, Cooking brilliant food, enjoying vino and living life to the best. I do smoke occasionally but this is always outside.
