Room available close to St James House Salford

The room is perfectly situated for doctors studying at the samson academy or working at Salford Royal hospital which is 35 mins walk or 10min cycle.

I am not allowed to put the house details on here but if you google urban splash and the chimney pot park development I have a mid terrace with the kitchen in the mezzanine.

I accept shorter lets on a nightly rate of £25pn for a minimum of 7 days.

The rent includes all bills and internet.
Use of kitchen and all utensils, pans etc is included but you would be expected to clea after yourself and contribute towards anything you use frequently such as washing up liquid, kitchen roll.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and desk and chair for working and the bathroomis shared with me.

Who would you live with?
I work part time for the civil service and part time as a tour guide in the UK so my life is full of contrasts since covid meant travel shut down. Loving spending more time back in my own house but I do still spend a lot of my time in Yorkshire working and my boyfriend is in Leeds so we move between the two cities. He usually stays over in the house with me a few nights a week.

I exercise pretty regularly, hence the spin bike, but I am also happy to slob out on the sofa and watch movies and a good bbc mini series.

I am easy going but I also like my house to be clean so please only message if you are house trained 😄
