Ideally looking for 1 mature student in my 6bed shared house. Must committed to stay more than 6months. Deposit 1 months rent must required. This is a NON SMOKING house. Location only 1 mile from city centre ( see map below )

You must be clean, organise, polite, friendly , easy going , cooperative person. Basic checks CRB(police checks), CCJ(county court judgement), credit checks will be carried out before move in. Rent include bills ( gas , electric, water & broadband )

You must provide checkable reference from your current employer, landlord. Proof of rent payments (bank statements) to your current rental place must require
