Room To Rent Immediate Availability

I have a double furnished room to rent. The house is located well, it is roughly 5 minutes drive to Manchester City Centre and there is parking available on the street outside the house. You will have use of a shared bathroom and living area and kitchen I have Sky TV and you will also have access to the WiFi. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and decorated nicely. I am clean, sociable and a chilled out person. I have 2 cats they are pretty chilled out and not bother(I know I sound like the crazy cat lady)....I enjoy cooking and having a drink with my friends at the weekend, either locally or in the City Centre. I am looking for someone who is also relaxed but must be clean and also easy to get on with. I work from home most days and like to relax in the evenings. If you have any questions please ask
