Single Bedroom Flat To Rent Near Media City

My current flatmate is moving out in September, and as much as I'll miss him, I can't mope around forever, so it's time to get someone else in.

The flat is one of four in a converted house, and takes up two levels with the combined living room kitchen on one floor, and the bedrooms/bathrooms up the stairs.

All bills are included, although I don't pay council tax so you'll have to sort that out on your own.

The flat is conveniently located five minutes from Shopping City/Tesco and fifteen minutes away from MediaCityUK. There is a bus stop right outside that goes to town, a Metrolink stop at the end of the road, and a train station fifteen minutes away as well.

As for me, I'm a tidy, easy-going fella, student at Salford University and I work part time in city centre at Bridgewater Hall. I'm looking for a similar minded chap or lass to make the place a bit less lonely.
