New Ensuite Double in Salford

Hey. I'm moving to London at the end of the month so looking for someone to take over my room.

It was recently refurbed - brand new when I moved in three months ago! So new bed, ensuite and kitchen appliances - washer, dryer, dishwasher.
Room is cosy but not too small. Has a 3/4 bed, wardrobe, drawers and space for your own things. Also huge kitchen, lounge with TV and basement for storage - so plenty of space!

Rent is £285 including tv licence. Bills are shared. £30 council tax, £5 fibre optic internet and about £40 a month for everything else

Housemates are two girls and one guy so either a guy or girl would be fine to move in.

4mins walk (I've timed it!) to Weaste metrolink stop. Two stops from Eccles, 10 mins from Salford Quays and 25 from city centre. Driving it takes 10 mins into town. On street parking also
