Bedroom with 4ft double bed available in a 4 bed student house to rent - Salford.

£350 per month including bills (water, electric, gas, tv, tv lisence, wifi).

Tenancy expires on the 30th June 2015.

Available with immidiate effect or from September, whichever suits.

This is a tenancy agreement which I took out but unfortunately, due to unforeseen family matters, will not be able to continue with.

The rate which I have advertised this at (£350 per calendar month) has already been discounted, as I will be paying part of the rent to the owner.
