Friendly residential neighbourhood, on street parking, pretty park at the end of the street. Front and back garden. Shared bathroom.

Main bus route into Manchester within 5 minutes walking distance.
3 miles from Salford Quays.

Less than 2 miles from The University of Salford.
1.2 miles from Salford Royal Hospital.

Female live in landlady who has had several lovely tenants over the years. Im a professional who works long hours so I like a quiet calm house.

£500 per month including bills and broadband.
Rent will be required in advance.
£500 deposit and references will also be required.

No couples, no pets, no smokers, no overnight guests.
