I'm a male student of Salford university and I have double bedroom with a double bed an own bathroom available for rent.

Its a walking distance, literally adjacent to Salford University and also less than a 10 minutes walk into town (city center).

The living are is open plan and its a really big space. The apartment is fully furnished, you will only ned to move in with your cloths and shoes.

You will have your own bathroom as the other room is an ensuite.

There is ample parking available as well. Did I mention that the apartment is a gated apartment with CCTV and Sainsburys and costcutter are less than 5 mins away?

My ideal flatmate will be clean and tidy.

PS- You have the option to pay £450 monthly with all bills inclusive or £350 monthly and we will split the bills halfway when the bills arrive. Make your pick.
