Double en-suit (with bath tub) in a 2 bed flat. It is 24 hours security, a secure parking space and on site Gym. The flat is close to Lidl, Aldi, 24 hours Tesco, Salford shopping city and all link of transportation. It takes 15 minutes to Manchester city centre, 5 mins to Media City, 5 mins to Salford University. The rent will be £280+ bills (electricity, water, internet and tv licence) have to be shared. The minimum term or the rent is 6 months. However, if you want to stay shorter can be discussed.

I am friendly, tidy, clean and respectful ; and looking for somebody to be similar. I am a PhD student so no party person please because after midnight I need to sleep.
