Room Close To Manchester

Hi my current flatmate is moving out so I will have a room to rent in my flat from 1st January. The apartment is modern and furnished. It is towards the Manchester side of Prestwich so only 15 minutes from Manchester town centre a very easy commute. Close to motorway junction too if that's how you get to work. There are also shops and some cute little bars and restaurants in Prestwich itself. Am looking for somebody clean, tidy and respectful who I can get on well with :-) No students. Also I have a little cat he's super sweet and no bother but would be good if you love animals too.
