The house is freshly renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single), 2 bathrooms with showers, kitchen and living room. The bills(water/gas/electricity/br oadband/TV licence) are estimated to be £150 per month, which £120 is included in the monthly rent and the rest will be shared among all tenants.
