It is fully furnished to a high standard. The house has been created to a high quality modern specification. I previously rented a property here and was so impressed I decided to buy one.

The house has three levels: On the ground floor are the two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower and sunken bath. On the first floor is a modern living area, with a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor is also a balcony leading out to a spacious communal terraced area that runs parallel along all of the houses. There is a final floor of the house which is a living room, complete with TV and sofas. The upside down style of these properties are very sociable, cool and modern.

Bill are additional but add up to roughly £300 so these will be split with current tenant. So £150 each.

The house's location leaves a lot to be desired. It has shops/cafes/bars and restaurants all on the doorstep and is conveniently located to main motorway routes into and out of Manchester. In addition to this it’s well connected to a main bus interchange and is a 5 minute walk from Langworthy metro station and just a 15 minutes walk from Salford quays.
